South Jordan residents love parks, trails, and open spaces and so do I.  I’ve worked hard to ensure the city keeps up with the growing demand. 

As our transportation demands remain ever present, I am committed to strongly supporting the accelerated completion of the Mountain View Corridor and collaborating with the Wasatch Front Regional Council to ensure South Jordan’s priorities are front and center. 

There is no quick cure to housing affordability in the Salt Lake Valley. It's going to take some time to make housing more affordable and that is why I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to champion housing affordability in South Jordan.

I’ve been advocating reevaluating our city’s economic development strategies, engaging with the developers of The District and other commercial developers, and identifying ways to strengthen our commercial areas as destinations and not just shopping centers. As a city we’re also continuing to encourage residents to shop and dine locally. 

Ensuring the safety of our neighborhoods is one of the most important duties of local government—and it's a responsibility I take seriously. As your representative, I remain committed to keeping South Jordan a safe, welcoming place for everyone.
